Useless client service. Dishonest. Fault advising.

I ordered a fridge on the 6/3/2020 to date no feedback regarding delivery. I have called the call centre many times regarding me order and every time they say its sent to the planning department to call me to arrange delivery what a joke no one called me. I called the courier company on friday they said oh no sorry we busy with stock take we can't help you with delivery must wait until next. I asked to complain the lady said oh go call hifi corp n complain it's there product. Called yesterday about my order was told my order is sent to the planning department to call me to arrange delivery I asked to speak to her manager or team leader oh no she is very busy now. Called this morning again was told yesterday at 17:30 my order was sent to the planning department so I asked again to speak to the manager oh no you can't because they in a meeting. The planning department n managers of hifi corp is in hiding I think or hifi corp is the worst company I have ever had to deal with useless to the core. Advise for free delivery and made clients wait ages for their order but very quick to take our money useless company hifi corp should actually close down seriously
