Useless

<p>After i go to Hifi corp and buying a washing machine cash. Asking to keep it for me till i get transport for the machine. I get a phone call a week later after i organized delivery saying they sold my machine to another customer. I go in to the branch for me to collect my money and they cant refund me. This is useless and unacceptable. Most unproffesional people i have ever seen. The manager cant give me a new machine. And lifts her shoulders. </p>
