Useless

Took a product back to Hi FI corporation that was faulty. They refused to exchange the product or give a refund. They said it has to go to the assessors first. I have not had any feedback back from the shop with regards to the status of the assessment. I called the shop to try and get feedback and was told they will call me back. I still have not received a call back. The staff are not very helpful and have a very laid back attitude. I will make sure I buy all electronic items somewhere else going forward.
