USELESS. Have been trying to get a paid up letter or a zero balance statement from this company is like hitting your head against a wall you will not get anywhere. They advise you to call their headoffice just for their headoffice not wanting to help as they say rhe account has been handed over to adrs debt collector you call them and they are also just as useless as hifi corp and their headoffice. When they want your money they are quick to assist but other than that do not expect any assistance for this company
