used item was send to me

Im so disappointed on the service i received. order no:*** was delivered last week at my office. one of the items delivered was used and its not included on the invoice. what surprised me is that the lady(Gabisile Msimang ) that called me was keep on asking me if am happy with my order. i told her i couldn't confirm because i haven't seen the parcel. today when i opened it i saw it was used and when i checked the invoice the item was not on the invoice
