URGENT REQUEST PLEASE!

We bought bed for R9,000. We are pensioners with medical conditions back, shoulder & neck pain. After 1 night the pain is worse.

We asked for mattress to be swopped for softer pressure point mattress. Your aent agreed but wants to fetch the 3 day old mattress 1st then send us other mattress.

We cannot be without a bed for weeks! We ask that hifi corp accommodate us by delivering when fetching simultaneously.

Hifi corp must please accommodate us pensioners in this regard!
