Untrained Staff

Went there to apply for a credit at Mall of Africa branch, the lady by the name of Adolphina and Lebohang advised that I'm under debt review, which was a lie,

I even went to the extent of checking my credit report on both Experian and ClearScore, its confirmed am not under DEBT REVIEW!!!!!!!

Kindly rectify this issues with the ladies and book them for training, so they may not continue with lying to customers.
