Unsatisfied customer service hi-fi corporation CORNUBIA

Absolutely disappointed with hi-fi corporation's service delivery i will never recommend anyone to buy home appliances from there. I had a problem with my freezer door not closing. Tried to log a call they asked for such unnecessary information on a receipt which faded as we bought a hisense fridge from them they took almost two weeks to log a ticket for the tech to come have a look. Tech by the name of Rahul came on a weekday just check the fridge on Thursday said that he can't do nothing as fridge needs to be defrosted and just LEFT He said he will come Monday to check it up 2 WEEKS OF NOT HAVING A FREEZER again till this date I'm stil waiting for his call or not even a message to check if everything is ok. No instruction was given to us about offing the whole fridge to get the tech to have a look Unprofessional staff and techs. Very disappointed with hi-fi Corporation CORNUBIA
