Unsatisfied customer

Poor customer service/assistance from the online team and PE. I would never recommend them to anyone. I had to physically call back when I was told I will be called back regarding my online purchase that I made on the 26th of October when i called today, only to be told 5 days after that there is no stock and that my order was sent to a completely different store when it was placed on the Amanzimtoti store site.
