Unsatisfactory services and attitude

Horrible experience and service I've ever encountered in my entire existence, how does a manager fail to understand a costumer instead he belittles me as one, i required assistance in regards to equipments apparently it wasnt in stock I needed to know when they can get it in stock the manager was annoyed with my question trying to get rid of me on the spot, honestly such attitude is dusgusting im no longer enquiring nor buying there ever again, please work on your manager his name is "Kea" from Hifi corporation in Menlyn.
