Unreasonable delivery delays of fridge leading to food spoiling and my delays in going back to work... Fridge can be sourced AT Nelspruit branch and delivered today

I bought a fridge online two weeks back, the delivery date keeps on changing. This morning I received an sms starting today's delivery date has been moved to the 11th March 2026. No explanation and when I call their call center I'm. Told they can't change the date to the original delivery date 9 March 2026. I'm strunded with no fridge, food spoils and my family is forced to eat non meat options because of the delays.
