Unprofessional and no care for customers

I bought a Hisense television in 2021, it only worked for less than six months and I went to the store and reported it, they came and said the there was nothing wrong with it it only worked for less than a week I had to go to the store more than five times and still I am sitting with a 65inch TV that does not work, they promised they will get back to me but I am still waiting.
