Unprofessional and bad business practices

: I wouldn't recommend purchasing online, I ordered a laptop in November 2022 the order was marked as delivered to my delivery address after multiple inquiries and complaints "they "HiFi Corp realized that it was a error on thier end. It was an oversell they had no stock for the laptop i had ordered . As a resolution they offered to send me a used laptop i refused as I purchased and paid for a new one. None the less It's the 10th of Jan after serveral attempts to get my refund back or any sort of communication from them I still have no laptop and no refund . Just going though the reviews on the this platform seeing that the business has not even rep**** to the customer speaks volumes.
