Unorganised and confused --- poor service delivery

Very disappointed wit HIFI CORP.

I have addressed my complaint with HIFI Corp, but they can't seem to grasp the the issues.

I have cancelled this Order *** and haven't received my refund yet!

I have cancelled the Order because HIFI Corp refused to change my delivery address, after I have entered the new address on check out twice!!!

Still you are attempting to deliver, where I already received my items of the second Order, they are still trying to deliver.

They now tried 3 times to deliver goods that I already received.

SENIOR MANAGER TO CALL ME ASAP TO RESOLVE THIS MESS!!!
