Unhelpful, Unprofessional & ***********

Disgusting service. Ordered a printer during the lockdown (which was marked as essential). To date it has not been delivered. Online chat, email and call centre all completely unhelpful and useless at trying to resolve. Received an automated invoice for the order which does not match the description of what I ordered. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back...
