Unhelpful and Unwilling

I visited the store on Friday to purchase a external hard drive which was on special and had a terrible experience. I waited for over 15 mins for assistance there was no one on the floor willing to help me, i ended up walking around the store at least 5 times, seeking assistance with the product i wanted to purchase. I then walked up to one of the cashiers and asked her who can assist me as it doesn't seem that there is any1 willing to help me, she then offered to assist me and told me that she is going to get the product, I then waited and waited, another 15 mins passed and she never returned, I decided to approach another sales lady at the door and asked if this is the way they treat their customers, and she then went to go and fetch the item and told me she had to go and fetch it at the back, and asked if i can hold on for a few minutes, she then returned afta a few mins and handed me the item, i calmed down up until i went to the till and was served by Suzanne Sass she was so unfriendly. I think this stores staff should work on their customer service s****s, I was at the point where i wanted to walk out and purchase the item elsewhere. That is not at all how paying customers should be treated at all.
