Unhappy on-line purchase no delivery

On 23 November I bought a misting fan on-line from Hi-fi Corporation. On 27 November I was told it would be delivered by Skynet. I have still not received my product. Hi-fi Corporation and Skynet are not responding to my emails. Skynet callcentre drops the calls. Hifi Corp gives you a whatsapp number that my phone doesn't recognise as a whatsapp number. You can lodge a complaint on Hifi Corporation but after lodging the complaint it tells you you didn't complete the verification correctly, but it didn't give me anything to verify.
