Unhappy Fridge delivery

I ordered a fridge on Hifi corporate a week ago, apartment from the delay that has taken almost a week now, the delivery crew say they can’t deliver my fridge because they were given a wrong address and when I ask to redirect the address they say they cannot because they cannot go to my route which is Johannesburg South, I have the drivers numbers if anyone can help even report the number and the driver
