Unhappy customers who ordered 2 Orion stem irons

We have ordered 2 Orion Surge stem iron online on the 28 of Jan 2026 till this day we did not receive our order but the courier says the have delivered our order. When we call them the the say on their system it says it is not yet delivered which is not true. Hifi corp online is a **** calling them for complaint is not even helpful as the have poor customer service
