Unhappy customer

I purchased an ASUS i7 in January. It came with a 3 warranty. It was hardly used and whenever I used it, I repackaged it in the box and safely stored it away.

In March I opened the laptop and the LCD looked CRACKED and wasn't working as usual. I took it in. First I was told it was the fan that was damaged due to customer neglect and I have to pay a certain amount to have it repaired. I queried this as I have some IT knowledge, was then told it is the LCD and again through customer damage. The warranty doesn't cover the damage and I have to pay. NOTE that the unit itself has no external damage. Asus is of no help either as I contacted them as well. So now I am sitting with a laptop that I paid R10k for and is not working. HIFI CORP SERVICE IS PATHETIC. BE WARNED AND DON'T SUPPORT THEM
