Unhappy customer

I bought a washing machine on the 12th of August online and they told me delivery will be done in 2-5 days but even today i tried calling and they can't find my order, their tracking system is useless Maybe they shud ask RAM how is done, u can't see anything so there is nothing to track. Order no#*** I am really upset cos this was 1st time buying from hificorp and i am really not happy with the service and how they handle things.
