Unhappy Customer

I bought a microwave for Hi Fi corporation Baywest in may 2022 ,microwave broke less them a year after I purchased the microwave broke January 2023 ,they repaired it not even a 1 and 2 months later the microwave broke the same place they repaired it April 2024 and this time the damage is worse now I being told that it is out of guarantee. I feel that I was wronged because I don't even have the microwave for 2 years and it broke twice. I feel that it bad workmanship as well as very bad customer service. And still close the complaint because of the guarantee not taking into consideration there bad workmanship and don't care about customer service.
