Unhappy customer

I had the worst ever service at the Hi-Fi corporation in Menlyn firstly I wasn’t happy with the service it was very slow and when I realised that I wasn’t going to get any help anytime soon from the cashier I asked her to go get her manager, his name is Kea. He was of no help , his attitude towards me was nothing short of disgusting and he seemed agitated with me the whole time when I needed his assistance with the whole cashier situation. He’s so *********** and I don’t understand how they can have someone like that managing that place 😡😡😡
