Unhappy client

I purchased a Fridge(Cash) on 20-July-2020. I did not remove the paper on it for a while and when I did, I did not immediately notice the dent on it. The dent is just over the water dispenser. Every time I walk into my house I would see something disturbing but not aware that it actually is a dent and when I actually do realise it is a dent I am not able to visit the outlet because I have been knocking off late.

What turns me off is that when one reports she is treated like a child. Cresentia, an unfriendly woman, dictates to me without even suggesting they come and check what could have caused the dent because this could be a factory fault. She is not even sure of her process, said that I should have called within 7 days, the next thing it is 14 days. Guys I need someone to come and check this, you will be able to tell if it was me or a factory fault. She cannot tell me she cannot help me, I bought this fridge cash and what is nice is that when you buy something, they are quick to help and when you complain or have an issue they cannot help you.
