Poor service delivery, stressed out clients, this is what you are good at. I spent over R20 000 just to be treated like an idiot for supporting your establishment. The goods delivered were substandard, dealing with *********** call centre agents (Not all of them) but all calls are recorded, thus I hope the guilty party will 'receive training' to improve service delivery. Telling clients who are upset, but still calm to not shout, when there were no shouting, this after delivering poor quality products, then extending delivery dates as if it is okay to have people wait, absolutely put off by your company. UNHAPPY, UNSATISFIED.
