Unhappy and frustrated

I have ordered a 17kg Defy top loader online from them. I am calling them for the past 3 days to try and find out what is going on with empty promises from their side that somebody will contact me. I even asked to speak to a manager but apparently she is never available to take a phone call. I am really frustrated as I even requested a refund but this is also not happening. I need this washing machine urgently but cannot afford to buy a new one before the refund. Please help me
