Unfair Service

I paid up my HIFI Corp account with last year 2020 May, to my surprise I am told I'm still owing the account. This account has messed up my Credit bureau,I disputed with all bureaus and sent them the settlement letters they removed it,and HIFI Corp listed it again as bad debt.The consultants are rude I regret ever opening an account with this Store.
