Unfair procedure

They called me for arrangements and i agree to the minimum since i had some financial problems after few days even before the month ends i get an sms without any confirmation or explanation that my account is now handed over. Why make arrangements then handover an account. I am going to ombudsmen because we really taken for a ride. Its not like i was avoiding any calls and after making arrangements as i get back on my feet they do such.
