Unfair advertising and poor customer service

Hi I did a online purchase for a TV (that was on special) which they had in stock in cape town. You can still order the tv right now online (but there is no stock). Feels like they want you to buy a deal then make you spend more as they have your money already. Only then was i informed that there is no more stock available and they could not even come to an alternative solution. All they said is i must pay in more to get the stock that they do have. I would avoid doing online purchases with Hi Fi corporation. Very disappointed in the service and communication.
