Undelivered online order

Placed an order online and paid in full. Been trying daily to get hold of someone through the number on the website as well as tried to get hold of someone at the JD Group and cannot get hold of anyone. No wonder why it's hi fi *******ion. Website says delivery within 2-5 working days and past this!!!! My order still needs to be delivered
