Uncompleted paid job

On the 22 /02/2016, i had my washing machine delivered by Hi Fi Corp driver who offered to do installation for me for R150 and i paid him knowing he will finish the job, after he told me he need to get some pipe to complete installation and he'll come back on Saturday morning 27/02/2016 when he did there was another story which i understood. After i called him several times to come & complete he's been giving me different stories and worse i have to be the one calling him to listen to excuses everyday. I have paid for service he offered to do but still cannot use my machine until today now he's not taking my calls when he sees my number calling him or respond to my text. Please help as i cannot keep paying people while he was the one offered to install the machine.
