Unacceptable Service Levels

I have never experienced such bad service in my life before. One of my items were not included and after numerous attempts to get it resolved. they just do not care about giving any kind of feedback on what is actually going on. I am livid, and will not be satisfied until I speak to a general manager or director of HiFi Corporation South Africa so they can get their act together.
