Unacceptable Service and Non-Delivery from Hi-Fi Corporation

I placed two orders with Hi-Fi Corporation last week and have been repeatedly receiving SMS notifications claiming my orders are “out for delivery.” Yet nothing ever arrives. Today, I received another SMS stating my order has been delivered, along with a tax invoice via email — but I have not received a single item.

Attempts to contact the company have been futile. The phone numbers listed on their website do not go through, and even their WhatsApp line yields no response. This is shocking and deeply disappointing from a company that positions itself as reputable and esteemed.

Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and basic accountability. Instead, I’ve experienced misleading communication, nonexistent delivery, and zero customer support. Hi-Fi Corporation has failed on every front, and I strongly caution others against trusting them with their money.
