Unacceptable service

Our tv was collected by Mastercare about a week ago. When following up with this query this morning they confirmed that it was delivered to hi fi corp atterbury but they cannot repair it. Hi fi corp now needs to give us a new tv or credit. When calling hi fi this morning they confirmed that nothing can be done as there is no manager on duty.

This is truly unacceptable.

How long do i have to wait???

This needs to be sorted out today.
