Unacceptable Online System

Your online system allowed me to make an online purchase for a product which was "in stock" and verified by one of your sales consultants at Lifestyle West Rand branch, on your system.

Once the order was processed and authenticated, upon arrival at the store I was informed that the product is out of stock at the chosen store for collection.

I find it unacceptable and ********* that online systems will contradict the physical hardware in the store.
