UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR BY HIFI CORPORATION MANAGER AMANZIMTOTI

Please note that I was unfairly streated by your branch manager at HIFI CORP AMANZIMTOTI . I was pre approved for R15000 online and I was told to go into the store to complete my application. However on the 23rd I went into the store and completed and later received a call for final approval and to collect my good as well as to pay for my TV licence once I arrived.

I went in the next day and paid for my TV licence and was ready to recieve my goods The Manager at the branch called me one side into a room and started asking me questions as well as personal questions for Example:

How much am i earning which i confirmed What do I do at the company i work for which i confirmed as a supervisor He also went on further asking me why do i draw out cash from my account and for what reason. He also asked me why did i draw out cash at King shaka International and for what reason this was for which was none of his business. He told me that its Impossible that I earn this type of salary. (I AM NOT SURE BECAUSE I AM SHORT AND THAT's WHY HIS ASKING ME ALL THESE QUESTIONS BUT REALLY RIDICULOUS) He also threatens me that if I come into the store again he will report me to crime and provention services. He said that he is going to verify the bank statements to also check. (PLEASE GET HEAD OFFICE TO VERIFY THIS ) He also said that this is *****. (WITHOUT GETTING ANY CONFIRMATION FROM HEAD OFFICE)

I was really upset and left the store and I really don't care if he or the store calls me to come in and fetch my goods cause I really don't want to support a store that treats there customers like ********** or ********* for this matter.
