Unacceptable bad service

I went to Hi-Fi Corporation Willowbridge yesterday to buy a new home theater system as in the past they seemed to have the most competitive prices. To my dismay there was not allot to choose from but I still got something I liked. Buying a product like this surely you would like to hear the sound. When asking for assistance, the assistant, from the start, had no clue what she was doing, took about 15 minutes to get the system ready and it still didn't work, after telling her she actually needed the remote, she disappeared, another 15 minutes later I got tired of waiting and asked another assistant to help me, he also did not know what he was doing, in the process the initial assistant eventually came back and just said she can't find the remote, the 2nd one also then wanted to go look for the remote. This was the final straw, I went elsewhere where I got the same system for cheaper and from from them letting me listen to the sound and purchasing the product only took 10 minutes. I'm not sure this branch will keep long as whilst having to stand around and wait so long I could see other customers also experiencing bad or no service at all.
