Unable to contact anyone in accounts

If anyone has had the misfortune of trying to get through to their ********** call centre, you will feel my pain. This whole "we are experiencing high call volumes" recorded message and then cutting the call after five minutes is the most frustrating experience ever.

I called to find out my outstanding balances. I have been on debt review for four years and the amounts owing have doubled. All I want to do is try and sort it out.

I eventually get to speak to a lady who advises me to call their debt review department, assures me they are still open. I call and its debt collectors (and closed). I have never dealt with these debt collectors and while I know that my call would somehow justify their "tracing fee" although my number has never changed, I don't think it's fair.

I phoned back and had the pleasure of speaking to Bongani, who advised that there is no email address for ANYONE at HI-Fi Corporation accounts (please feel free to listen to your recorded calls). He said I have to speak to Lawyers AKA debt collectors.

I need to know the opening and closing balances on these accounts. Without this information how can I even begin to try and sort it out?

Please could you email me balances? I could even help you set up a free email account such as GMAIL (as HiFi Corporation does not have email accounts). You can even send it off your phone, you don't even need a PC.

Please can you help me
