U S E L E S S service from Hi-Fi Corporation

Purchased an item online, then cancelled the order and requested a refund - it's now passed the 14th business day and I am still WAITING FOR MY REFUND - HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THEM A FEW TIMES NOW AND IT SEEMS NO ONE KNOWS MUCH AEVEN IF ANYTHING IS DONE YET - am afraid to say HiFi Corp service is as good as U S E L E S S and will NOT be supporting them again
