Two weeks ago, I went online and purchased a Orion 4 slice toaster, it was delivered to me from the Clearwater branch, upon opening the box, I found that the toaster was dented, I complained about it online with hifi corps customer service and recieved no reply from customer service, I then went online to see which stores had stock I had to travel all the way from brakpan to the Glen to exchange only to cone home and test the Orion toaster to find the lever does not work, went back to carnival mall hifi Corp they did not have stock and only refunded my R180. 00 and not the courier fee paid as well, I went back online and purchased a different brand a sunbeam 4 slice toaster, I recieved the toaster today it came from mamelodi hifi Corp store, when I opened the bubble wrap the box was in a bad condition and when I took the toaster out I found it was dented and scratched
