TV was sent to store for repair on the 26 Feb till today no response

I'm not happy with the back and forth from what they call supplier who fixes TV,the TV was for repair on the 26 of February I was patient untill today when I called this number *** to be told today that it's pending customer collection I asked them where is the TV they said it's at wonderpark they sent it at wonderpark hifi corp that was delivered on the 19th of march,I then called the shop to ask if it's there I was told that it's with the supplier,I'm being put back and forth with no response,this is really frustrating because it's now 30 days without a TV
