TV Purchase

I purchased a TV online on the 26/03/2023 from HiFi Corp and made payment of R 10 119 with my Debit Card. Payment was accepted and the order was placed. When I checked on the progress on 27/03/2023 it showed that order was confirmed and stock was being picked. I got a call on the 28/03/2023 from Incredible Connection Pavillion advising that HiFi Corp passed the order to them as they did not have stock. She said that they also do not have stock and wanted to offer me another TV, I refused and said I want a refund. She said that the refund would take 15 days and sated they have another TV on special. I insisted on the refund. She asked for my bank details however I said that she must email me the request which she did. I sent her my bank details stating that I need an urgent refund. I then saw another TV on their website and emailed her requesting if the refund was done however to date I have received no feedback. It was very unprofessional of them to take my money when they had no stock.
