TV problems

My cousin bought a TV in less than 3 months is damaged hifi is refusing to repair it. The reason is they say it has ****roches. Have you ever heard so disappointed in them. As I used to recommend them. He even has a laptop that he bought from them its working fine I also bought my TV an decoder at festival mall when they just opened its still working.
