TV not delivered

Bought a TV on July 29, it was supposed to be delivered in two days. It is now August 12 and still haven't received it. Sent loads of mails, called the call centre and cannot get an intelligent response as to why it hasn't been delivered. Apparently it has been with the courier for a week! Absolutely awful service.
