TV

I bought a TV around December at Hifi Corp in Centurion mall.... In February month end the TV started having problems and we took the TV to the shop and they told me that I was not supposed to bring the TV to the shop and I didn't know that they said they will send the Technician...Lies lies started there the Technician said they called me to do the appointment to come and check the TV but nothing happened...we went to the shop again on the 12th of April with the TV bcz we were tired of lies and the manager promised us that he's gonna do a follow up email and he will call on Monday the 15th till today we don't know what's going on with the TV and I no longer want the Tv I just my refund
