I bought a bed and a kettle at hifi corporation on the 4th of August 2020,the bed was delivered after a few days after i had placed the order but the kettle was not delivered and no one bothered to contact me to inform me why the kettle was not delivered. When i saw the bed i was not happy with the quality of the bed then i contacted hifi corporation and told them that i am not happy with the bed and want a refund and also asked why the kettle was not delivered then the e lady i spoke to promised to call me but never called back. I then decided to keep the bed. My problem is that the kettle is not delivered even today and no refund has been made for the kettle after i contacted them several times via Facebook inbox asking for a refund. I want my money i no longer want the kettle. I am very disappointed with their service.
