Trust ruined.

I bought the Lenovo Ideapad 330 i7-855U online and it came from festival mall according to the invoice. All visuals online as well as spec wordings says that this laptop has an optical drive. Mine does not. I just opened it up to se it up, and theres no push button to open there is a place where the hardrive would be but no other suggestion from manual to software that suggest that there is a cd rom, however all your online visuals indicate that they do. If You google the specs of this laptop there is an optical drive, infact if you go on to LENOVO website they have Optical drives. But more so, YOUR SITE says it has a Optical drive. (DVD DRIVE) Mine does not have one. If it does, i need to be shown cause its impossible. . I bought it specifically for that reason and I got it without.

Another issue im having is that i just loaded my Kaspersky Total Security(which is MY preference) on here, which was my second device that I was allowed to load onto and now its wasted. To be very forward, I am appaulled and want this rectified, and I want a Kaspersky Total Security. . This has stalled the work i needed done this weekend to say the least. I paid for one thing, thats what I want.

I have tried to go through the resolutions department, and emailed them on saturday night. I got rep**** to on Monday, which was normal but it seems the consultant only does ONE email/ reply a day.
