tripple debited my account

i am very livid with hi fi corp service. an ammount of 702 ( normal debit order) plus an ammount on R1304 was debited on my account. i spoke to a very rude rude consultant who asked me to go to the bank and reverse the ammount. this will have a negative impact on my account and i will be charged almost R100 for a reversal.<br>
