Tracing Online Order.

Good day, kindly advise if how do I follow up with the online order, I have placed the order last week Wednesday (27/11/19) and there is absolutely no correspondence. I have only received the confirmation of purchase then silence afterwards. And I have tried telephone contact without any luck. Please Kindly advise.
