Total Trash Brand

So here it goes. I ordered a 65" Samsung 4k TV online. They have stock. They take my R11999.00. Next day, I receive a phonecall saying they have no stock. And they will refund me my money in 14days. I try to convey my displeasure to the person calling me. I even ask if I could order something else - I will even pay money in - if the items is more than the original price. The person on the phone concurs with me that it is unacceptable and pathetic (her words).

I start phoning and messaging them on social media. If the phone gets answered - I get "I will call you back", but they never do. The social media people respond with "Thank you for the great feedback, please call customer care" and so the loop of garbage starts again.

Do not buy anything from this trash brand. I would rather eat my young, fight Mike Tyson or kiss a ******* cobra than take something for free from this useless, terrible place.
